Goodyear has been chosen by French manufacturer, DS Automobiles, to supply tyres for its new DS7 Crossback premium SUV.

It will be fitting the Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3 SUV summer tyres in size 235/45R20 100V XL. It’s Goodyear’s latest model in the range and specifically developed to provide an ultra-high performance for SUV drivers.

The tyre is built around its new SUV-Optimised Construction Technology. The cords in the construction’s different layers help improve handling at higher speeds, optimise cornering stiffness and decrease tread wear.

These features combine with the UHP Cool Cushion Layer, a technology that improves handling while reducing rolling resistance, resulting in better fuel efficiency.

Another key feature is its Active Braking Technology. When braking, the contact surface with the road increases, instantly giving more grip for shorter braking distances in both dry and wet road conditions.
