How it works:

1. Place an order for a replacement battery on our website
2. Take a note of your Order number and give us a call on 0333 016 6550 to request the cold start to be added to the order.
3. Our advisor will ensure our technician knows to bring the correct equipment to carry out a cold start.
4. Once our technician has checked over your existing battery at the appointment, if a cold start is all that’s needed then we’ll carry out the work, we’ll take the battery back and refund you the difference in price.
