Apollo Vredestein has signed a supply deal with Eagle, a company specialising in making hand-built Jaguar E-Type sports cars, with tyres for the modern evolution of what many call the most beautiful car ever.
Praised and bought around the world, Eagle E-Types can take 4,000-man hours to build from dismantling the original car to driving out a perfect vehicle which has the benefit of modern restoration technology.
Eagles are very far from being cheap replicas and buyers are paying several hundred thousand pounds for them, underlining the care, skill and engineering quality put into the cars.
Henry Pearman, Eagle E-Types CEO, said: “Our aim here at Eagle E-Types has always been to respect and appreciate heritage, then add perfection to it. Our attention for detail has brought us to conclude that Vredestein tyres are the most appropriate for our creations and we are delighted to have chosen a brand with such equity both in the classic and modern automotive world.”
