MOT & Service Discount with Bridgestone Tyres Terms & Conditions

(1st October 2020 – 30th November 2020 inclusive)

Global rules:

1. This Promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised and hosted by Halfords Autocentres Limited (“Halfords Autocentres”).
2. The Promotion is open to all customers who are UK residents aged 18 and over, except anyone employed by Halfords Autocentres, McConechy’s Tyre & Auto Centres, Gordons Tyres or Tyres on the Drive (or their immediate families), their agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the Promotion, or trade customers. This Promotion is open to retail (fitted tyre) customers only and excludes any fleet and company vehicles.
3. By participating in the Promotion, a customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the Promotion material.
4. The Promotion has a purchase requirement – customers must purchase and book to have fitted the designated tyres in a single transaction during the Promotion Period..
5. Any personal data relating to customers will be used wholly in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. In particular, personal data will be used solely to administer this Promotion and for no other purpose(s) unless consent is provided otherwise.

Promotion specific rules:

1. In order to be eligible for the Promotion, customers must during the Promotion Period purchase from and arrange for the fitting of at least two Bridgestone brand tyres at Halfords Autocentres, McConechy’s Tyre & Auto Centres, Gordons Tyres or Tyres on the Drive in a single transaction or online from halfords.com or www.tyresonthedrive.com.
2. Fitting must be booked during the Promotion Period and must take place at Halfords Autocentres, McConechy’s Tyre & Auto Centres, Gordons Tyres or Tyres on the Drive on or before Sunday 20^th December 2020.
3. The Promotion opens for purchases at 00:00 am on 1^st October 2020. The Promotion closes for purchases at 23:59 pm on 30^th November 2020 (the “Promotion Period”). .
4. Qualifying customers are entitled to a discount on a MOT & Service as set out below depending on the rim size and number of tyres purchased as follows:

5. The discount will be automatically applied to the basket if 2 or more Bridgestone tyres and a MOT & Service are added together at the same time to the basket on halfords.com only.
6. Customers who purchase in-store, online via TOTD, or online without booking an MOT and Service at the same time, must provide their email address to be able to receive the single use voucher code within 28 days of the tyres being fitted.
7. No cash alternative will be offered.
8. The single use voucher code can be used for a discount on a MOT & Service on halfords.com only. Customers cannot use this code in any Halfords store or garage.
9. The single use voucher code will expire on the 31^st March 2021 at 23:59.
10. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
