Goodyear All Season Promotion in conjunction with Halfords Autocentres Terms & Conditions

(1st October 2020 – 30th November 2020 inclusive)

Global rules:

1. This Promotion (the ‘Promotion’) is organised and hosted by Goodyear Tyres UK Limited (the “Sponsor”).
2. The Promotion is open to all consumers who are UK residents aged 18 and over, except employees of the Sponsor and employees of the participating retail tyre supply branches (and their immediate families), their agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the Promotion, or trade customers.
3. The Promotion outlined in the schedule below is exclusively available at Halfords Autocentres, Halfords Mobile Expert, Tyres on the Drive, Gordon’s Tyres or McConechy’s Tyre Services.
4. By participating in the Promotion, a customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the Promotion material.
5. The Promotion has a purchase requirement. To qualify, retail customers must purchase and have fitted qualifying Goodyear tyres for a single vehicle. The qualifying tyres are two or more Goodyear All Season Car, Van 4×4 or SUV tyres with rim size of 15” or above). The qualifying tyres and fitting must be purchased in a single transaction during the Promotional Period.
6. This Promotion is open to retail (fitted tyre) customers only. This offer excludes company vehicle drivers (fleet), businesses, organisations and institutions.
7. Only two claims per household are permitted. Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible or late claims will not be accepted. The Sponsor reserves the right to discard illegible claim forms. The Sponsor reserves the right to dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate. The Sponsor’s decision is final. Claim forms and receipts become the absolute property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
8. Any personal data relating to customers will be used wholly in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. In particular, personal data will be used solely to administer this Promotion and for no other purpose(s) unless consent is provided otherwise.

Promotion specific rules:

1. For the purposes of this Promotion, the Sponsor and Halfords Autocentres Limited (“Halfords Autocentres”) act as Joint Data Controllers. If you have any queries about how your data will be used, please write to Goodyear Tyres UK Limited, 2920, Trident Court, Birmingham Business Park, Solihull Pkwy, Birmingham B37 7YN.
2. In order to be eligible for the Promotion, customers must purchase from, and arrange for the fitting of at least two Goodyear All Season tyres in qualifying rim sizes at Halfords Autocentres, Halfords Mobile Expert, Tyres on the Drive, Gordon’s Tyres or McConechy’s Tyre Services in a single transaction.
3. To be eligible for the Promotion, fitting must be booked to take place at Halfords Autocentres, Halfords Mobile Expert, Tyres on the Drive, Gordon’s Tyres or McConechy’s Tyre Services on or before Sunday 20^th December 2020. Fitting appointments are subject to availability.
4. The Promotion opens for purchases at 00:00 am on 1^st October 2020. The Promotion closes for purchases at 23:59 pm on 30^th November 2020. To qualify, Customers must purchase at least two Goodyear All Season tyres in qualifying rim sizes (either via in-centre or online from halfords.com or www.tyresonthedrive.com), in a single transaction.
5. Once the tyres are purchased and fitted, customers must visit goodyearrewards.co.uk and complete an official online claim form and enter code GYVECTOR20 and upload a copy of their receipt to claim their Love2Shop gift card. All claim forms must be received by midnight Wednesday 31^st December 2020. Any claims beyond this date will not be accepted.

7. The information submitted via goodyearrewards.co.uk will be checked and verified by The Marketing Lounge Partnership to confirm that it is compliant with the terms of the Promotion. 8. Gift cards will be issued to customers via post within 28 days of the validation of the claim (not the date of the approved retailer invoice).
9. No liability can be accepted for gift rewards not received due to incorrect information provided. Please check junk and spam filters for email confirmations regarding your claim.
10. Please ensure any gift card rewards are used within the redemption period (outlined in the retailer reward terms and conditions below), the Promoter or third-party agency may not be held liable for the customers failure to use any gift card reward within the redemption period.
11. Claims must be made on the official claim form completed online at www.goodyearrewards.co.uk and must be accompanied with an uploaded, clear and legible invoice (either a scan or photograph). The image must clearly show the Goodyear All Season tyres purchased, rim size of the Goodyear tyres purchased and the date of purchase plus the invoice number. It is recommended that you keep a copy for your records in the event of a query.
12. The Marketing Lounge Partnership will send you an email receipt of the validated claim within seven days of validation
13. The Gift cards are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
14. The Gift cards are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute with an alternative gift of equal value if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
15. The Promoter has the authority to amend or withdraw this at any time during the promotional period without prior notice.

18. You may be asked to take part in promotional activities and to provide digital photographs of you for use on a Promotion website or in the Sponsor, or Halfords Autocentre’s marketing material. This is not conditional to your entry and your consent will be sought separately.
19. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
20. Neither the Sponsor, nor agencies involved in this Promotion may be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters relating to the Promotion. The Sponsor cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Customer entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting any prize. Nothing shall exclude the Sponsor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
21. Halfords Autocentres shall have no liability to any Customers arising out of this Promotion.
