Simply select the type of tow bar suitable for your needs, book an appointment on a day that suits you, and one of our experienced technicians will come to your home or workplace to carry out the fitting.
Once you have made your booking request, a member of the contact centre team will be in touch to run through and confirm the following key information ahead of your appointment:
To make sure our fitting service can run smoothly on the day, we ask that you complete the following tasks before your appointment:
You have informed your insurance provider that you’re having a tow bar fitted.
You’ve checked that whatever you’re intending to tow doesn’t exceed your vehicle’s gross towing weight.
The interior of your vehicle is emptied on the day of the fitting (including clearing the boot, removing child seats, etc.)
Your vehicle is parked in a location that provides ample space around the vehicle on the day of the fitting (with a car’s width of space behind).
Please note that if wet weather is expected, and there is no cover available at your home or work, the booking may need to be moved to an alternative covered location (the contact centre will advise you on this).
