At Tyres On The Drive, you can get your new Infiniti tyres fitted as early as the next day, and at a time and location that’s convenient for you.
The Infiniti brand was launched in 1989 and arrived in the UK in 2009 where its parent company, Nissan, promoted it as an upmarket car to rival models from BMW, Audi and Mercedes. It hasn’t quite worked out that way and sales have been falling away for several years and in 2018 it registered just 750 cars. Its current range contains hatchbacks and SUVs and electrified versions are scheduled to join the petrol and diesel engines.
Pitched as an alternative to the Mercedes-Benz A Class or BMW 1 Series, the Q30 is Infiniti’s entry level car. It is a five door crossover, a hatchback with semi-SUV styling and depending on the version, runs on 235/50 R18 or 235/45 R19 tyres, the bigger of these with run flat technology.
This is a mid-sized SUV and is priced to put it in the same market as something like a Range Rover Evoque. It has diesel engines, a seven speed gearbox and four wheel drive giving it some rough roading capability. The QX30 runs on 235/50 R18 tyres.
The Q50 is Infiniti’s tech-laden saloon which offers a hybrid engine with its petrol/electric V6 and the car is offered with all-wheel drive too. There are more conventional petrol and diesel versions.
