Halfords Tyres on the Drive Promotion 2022 Terms & Conditions

(1st December 2022 – 4th January 2023 inclusive)

Global rules:

• This Promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised and hosted by Halfords Autocentres Limited (“Halfords Autocentres”). The Promotion is open between 00:00 am on 1^st December 2022 and 23:59 pm on 4^th January 2023 (the “Promotion Period”).
• The Promotion is open to all customers who are UK residents aged 18 and over, except anyone employed by Halfords, Halfords Autocentres, McConechy’s Tyre & Auto Centres, Gordons Tyres, Halfords Mobile Expert, Tyres on the Drive or Universal tyres (or their immediate families), their agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the Promotion, or trade customers. This Promotion is open to retail (fitted tyre) customers only and excludes any fleet and company vehicles.
• By participating in the Promotion, a customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the Promotion material.
• The Promotion has a purchase requirement – customers must purchase and arrange to have at least 2 tyres fitted in a single transaction during the Promotion Period in accordance with the Promotion Specific Rules below.
• Any personal data relating to customers will be used wholly in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. In particular, personal data will only be used to administer this Promotion, unless consent is provided otherwise.

Promotion specific rules:

1. In order to be eligible for the Promotion, customers must purchase and arrange for fitting of 2 or more tyres of the selected brands from www.halfords.com, www.tyresonthedrive.com or in-store at any Halfords Autocentre, McConechys Tyre & Auto Centres, Gordon Tyres or Universal Tyres in a single transaction.
2. The Tyres must be fitted by a Halfords Autocentre, National Tyres & Autocare, McConechys Tyre & Auto Centres, Gordons Tyres or Tyres on the Drive, to be eligible for this promotion.
3. For customers purchasing tyres on www.halfords.com customers must add 2 or more tyres of the qualifying promotional brans to the basket and the discount will be automatically applied in basket. For customers purchasing on www.tyresonthedrive.com, customers must add 2 or more tyres of the qualifying promotional brands to the basket and add promotion code ‘WINTERTYRES22’ to redeem the discount. 
4. For customers purchasing in-store, the discount will be applied at time of purchase.
5. The amount of discount applied is dependent on the number of tyres being purchased at the time. Please refer to the below table to see discount levels:

2. No cash alternative will be offered.
3. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
4. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offer or promotion.
