Halfords Tyres on the Drive NHS Promotion Terms & Conditions

(25th March 2020 – 30th June 2020 inclusive)

Global rules:

1. This Promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised and hosted by Halfords Autocentres Limited (“Halfords Autocentres”).
2. The Promotion runs from 25^th March to 30th June 2020 inclusive (the “Promotional Period”).
3. The Promotion provides NHS employees with a 10% discount from the total price of all tyres only. Excludes additional services purchased with tyres such as tyre-pressure monitoring system (TPMS).
4. The Promotion is open to all customers who are UK residents aged 18 and over and employed by the NHS. This Promotion is open to retail (fitted tyre) customers only and excludes any fleet and company vehicles.
5. NHS employees will be asked to present their NHS identification at the time of fitting.
6. Any personal data that is collected will be used by Halfords Autocentres wholly in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. In particular, personal data will be used solely to provide this Promotion and for no other purpose(s).

Promotion specific rules:

1. In order to be eligible for the Promotion, customers must purchase and arrange for tyre fitting at participating Halfords Autocentres or online from halfords.com or www.tyresonthedrive.com
2. The Promotion opens for purchases online at 00:00am on the start of the Promotional Period (25th March 2020). The Promotion closes for purchases online at 23:59pm on the end of the Promotional Period (30th June 2020).
3. Fitting must be booked to take place at Halfords Autocentres, Halfords Mobile Expert or Tyres on the Drive to be eligible for the Promotion.
4. For online purchases, in order to receive the discount, the promo code “NHSTYRES10” must entered at the basket screen

Promotion specific rules:

1. No cash alternative will be offered
2. You may be asked to take part in promotional activities and to provide digital photographs of you for use on a promotional website or Halfords Autocentres’ marketing material. This is not conditional to your entry, and your consent will be sought separately.
3. Halfords Autocentres reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. By continuing to take part in the Promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
4. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
5. Neither Halfords Autocentres, nor agencies involved in this Promotion, will be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters relating to the Promotion. Halfords Autocentres cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting any discount. Nothing shall exclude the Halfords Autocentres liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
