Halfords Tyres on the Drive Wheel Alignment Promotion 2022 Terms & Conditions

(29th March 2022 – 6th June 2022 inclusive)

Global rules:

• This Promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised and hosted by Halfords Autocentres Limited (“Halfords Autocentres”). The Promotion is open between 00:00 am on 29^th March 2022 and 23:59 pm on 6^th June 2022 (the “Promotion Period”).
• The Promotion is open to all customers who are UK residents aged 18 and over, except anyone employed by Halfords, Halfords Autocentres, McConechy’s Tyre & Auto Centres, Gordons Tyres, or Universal tyres (or their immediate families), their agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the Promotion, or trade customers. This Promotion is open to retail (fitted tyre) customers only and excludes any fleet and company vehicles.
• By participating in the Promotion, a customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the Promotion material.
• The Promotion has a purchase requirement – customers must purchase and arrange to have at least 2 tyres fitted in a single transaction during the Promotion Period in accordance with the Promotion Specific Rules below.
• Any personal data relating to customers will be used wholly in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. In particular, personal data will only be used to administer this Promotion, unless consent is provided otherwise.

Promotion specific rules:

1. In order to be eligible for the Promotion, customers must, during the Promotion Period, purchase and arrange for fitting of 2 or more tyres from www.tyresonthedrive.com, in a single transaction.
2. The Tyres must be fitted by Tyres on the Drive or Halfords Mobile Expert.
3. A voucher will be e-mailed to the customer within 28 days of having the tyres fitted.
4. The voucher will be redeemable for a half price wheel alignment booked on www.halfords.com .
5. No cash alternative will be offered.
6. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
7. This offer can also be used in conjunction with other tyre promotions.
