Bridgestone Promotion in conjunction with Halfords Autocentres Terms & Conditions

(26th January 2021 – 1st March 2021 inclusive)

Global rules:

1. This Promotion (the ‘Promotion’) is organised and hosted by Bridgestone Europe NV/SA (UK Branch), Athena Drive, Tachbrook Park, Warwick CV34 6UX (the “Sponsor”).
2. The Promotion is open to all consumers who are UK residents aged 18 and over, except any employees of the Sponsor or of the participating retail tyre supply branches (and their immediate families), their agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the Promotion, or trade customers. This Promotion is open to retail (fitted tyre) customers only and excludes fleets and company vehicle drivers.
3. By participating in the Promotion, a customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the Promotion material.
4. The Promotion has a purchase requirement. Customers must purchase and have fitted the designated tyres in a single transaction during the Promotional Period in the UK. Designated tyres are those listed in the promotion specific rules and sold by participating retail tyre supply branches.
5. Only two claims per household. Lost, incomplete, invalid, illegible or late claims will not be accepted. The Sponsor reserves the right to discard illegible claim forms. The Sponsor reserves the right to dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate. The Sponsor’s decision is final. Claim forms and receipts become the absolute property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
6. Any personal data relating to customers will be used wholly in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. In particular, personal data will be used solely to administer this competition and for no other purpose(s). Personal data provided will not be distributed or sold on to any third parties.

Promotion specific rules:

1. For the purposes of this Promotion, the Sponsor and Halfords Autocentres Limited of Icknield Street Drive, Washford West, Redditch, Worcs B98 0DE (“Halfords Autocentres”) act as Joint Data Controllers. 2. In order to be eligible for the Promotion, customers must purchase and arrange for the fitting of at least two designated brand tyres on halfords.com or www.tyresonthedrive.com , in a single transaction. Designated brand tyres are all the Sponsor’s tyres listed and sold by participating Halfords Autocentres / Halfords Tyres on the Drive, during the Promotional Period in the UK.
3. Fitting must be booked to take place at Halfords Autocentres or via Halfords Tyres on the Drive before or on Sunday 14^th March 2021 to be eligible for the Promotion.
4. The Promotion opens for purchases at 00:00am on 26^th January 2021. The Promotion closes for purchases at 23:59pm on 1^st March 2021. To qualify, customers must purchase at least two Sponsor branded tyres (either via online from halfords.com or www.tyresonthedrive.com) within these dates, in a single transaction.
5. Customers must visit www.bridgestone-rewards.co.uk and complete an official online claim form to claim their Halfords gift card. All claim forms must be received by Midnight Sunday 21^st March 2021. Any claims beyond this date will not be accepted.
6. Customers are entitled to varying values of gift cards based on their purchase. Subject to the rim size and number of tyres purchased, customers are entitled to one of the following:

8. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of at least equal value if circumstances make this necessary.
9. The Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the Promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, customers shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
10. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
11. Neither the Sponsor, nor agencies involved in this Promotion may be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters relating to the Promotion. The Sponsor cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any customer entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting any prize. Nothing shall exclude the Sponsor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
12. Halfords Autocentres shall have no liability to any customers arising out of this Promotion.
13. All Halfords e-gift cards will be sent via email within 28 days of the date of claim and following full verification of claim as correct with qualifying information to the address provided by the Customer when making a claim.
