Halfords Tyres on the Drive Wheel Alignment Promotion 2020 Terms & Conditions

(4th August 2020 – 30th September 2020 inclusive)

Global rules:

• This Promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised and hosted by Halfords Autocentres Limited of Icknield Street Drive, Washford West, Redditch, Worcs B98 0DE (“Halfords Autocentres”).
• The Promotion runs from 4^th August 2020 to 30^th September 2020 inclusive (the “Promotional Period”).
• The Promotion is open to all customers who are UK residents aged 18 and over, except anyone employed by Halfords Autocentres, McConechy’s Tyre Services (or their immediate families), their agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the Promotion, or trade customers. This Promotion is open to retail (fitted tyre) customers only and excludes any fleet and company vehicles.
• Any personal data relating to customers will be used by Halfords Autocentres wholly in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. In particular, personal data will be used solely to administer this competition and for no other purpose(s).

Promotion specific rules:

1. The Promotion opens for purchases at 00:00am at the start of the Promotional Period (4^th August 2020). The Promotion closes for purchases online at 23:59pm at the end of the Promotional Period (30^th September 2020).
2. In order to be eligible for the Promotion, customers must purchase at least two car, van or 4×4 tyres in a single transaction online from halfords.com or www.tyresonthedrive.com, or in store from any McConechys or Halfords Autocentre, during the Promotional Period and have them fitted before 10 October 2020.
3. The half price wheel alignment discount will automatically apply in the basket when added together with 2 or more tyres. If you have ordered the tyres on tyresonthedrive.com, you will receive a e-voucher code with your booking confirmation to use on www.halfords.com in order to receive a half price wheel alignment.
4. The wheel alignment must be booked at the same time as the fitting for 2 or more tyres and before the 10^th October 2020.
5. No cash alternative will be offered.
6. You may be asked to take part in promotional activities and to provide digital photographs of you for use on a promotional website or Halfords Autocentres’ marketing material. This is not conditional to your entry, and your consent will be sought separately.
7. Halfords Autocentres reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. By continuing to take part in the Promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, customers shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
8. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
9. Neither Halfords Autocentres, nor agencies involved in this Promotion, will be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters relating to the Promotion. Halfords Autocentres cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any customer entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting any discount. Nothing shall exclude the Halfords Autocentres liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
