When
Tyres on the Drive.com come to fit a new tyre we will visually inspect your brakes to look for wear and damage. If we notice any areas of concern we will highlight this to you and enter the information on your job sheet.
You might find your brakes wear much quicker if your car is used mainly for short journeys, it is advisable that you watch out for any tell-tale signs that your brakes are in need of replacing.
The two main things you might notice are:
A grinding sound which often this means that the brake pads are worn to the minimum thickness. We recommend you ring and speak to one of our experts to arrange for an inspection.

A pulling to the left or right when the brakes are applied - this could indicate a sticking brake disc or problems with the brake's hydraulics.
