Tyres on the Drive was formed this year and the Managing Director is Dominic Clark.

Dominic held senior managerial positions for 12 years in Michelin where he learnt the tyre ‘business’ literally inside out.  An exciting career that even found the time for him to take part in the Paris Dakar Rally.

Interviewed recently Dominic said “I have spent so much time in dirty, cold and expensive tyre shops that I saw the need for a bit of a change.  The idea formed in my mind for Tyres on the Drive  -  why can’t discounted tyres be fitted at the customers home or place of work and at a time to suit them”.

From the beginning he wanted to do everything professionally.  The brand new Mercedes Sprinter vans are fully equipped with the latest tyre fitting technology.

He spent much time recruiting his Tyre Fitting Specialists.  They, of course, had to have excellent experience but also the ability to relate to customers and the desire to go that little bit further in giving 100% customer satisfaction.

Apart from the Mobile Fitting Service, Tyres on the Drive also has a Tyre Fitting Centre in Holmes Chapel Business Park.
